MARY LOW ALCOHOL BOTANICAL BLEND
WHITE GRAPEFRUIT JUICE - HONEY WATER - GINGER BEER - EGG WHITE/AQUAFABA
Mary might be the new kid on the block, but she's a low alcohol botanical beauty - and boy does she work well in a sour. Savoury thyme, basil and sage sit perfectly alongside tart grapefruit in this velvety smooth, low ABV cocktail.
Perfect for a first foray into drinking bright and bringing down the booze.
Not too tricky
For the honey water, combine equal measures of honey and boiling water, stir until completely dissolved and allow to cool.
Add all liquid ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker, half fill with ice, and shake for roughly 15 seconds or until the outside of your shaker is frosted with condensation.
Pour into a tall, ice filled glass through a hawthorn strainer to allow the foam through. Top with a little ginger beer and garnish with a grapefruit wheel and sprig of thyme.

25ml Honey water
20ml Ginger beer
15ml Egg white/aquafaba
